Preventive Checkup & Risk Stratification Platform

Healsens is building a prevention platform, not a generic wellness app. We combine available biomarkers, family history, medical history, age, sex, and other relevant health context with local screening guidelines and recommendation logic to automatically generate a personalized preventive checkup plan and an up-to-date risk view. The goal is simple: replace generic checklists and manual interpretation with structured, reproducible prevention logic.

On top of this, the platform includes a plug-in risk stratification layer. We already build on established clinical models such as SCORE, Framingham, Reynolds, ASCVD, PROCAM, and QRISK, and the architecture is designed to support additional partner-specific or market-specific models over time. This makes the system useful not just as a static calculator library, but as a flexible prevention engine that can evolve across countries, products, and clinical workflows.

The platform also solves the data problem that usually blocks prevention products. Healsens can ingest unstructured and semi-structured inputs such as raw PDFs, lab reports, HL7 feeds, CSV exports, emails, and partial APIs, normalize them into a consistent health data layer, reduce duplication, preserve history in an append-only auditable model, and expose the result through FHIR-based APIs or white-label applications. This means partners do not need to build separate systems for intake, normalization, clinical logic, and user delivery.

The commercial value is straightforward: hours of manual work are removed from prevention planning, risk review, report handling, and downstream integration. Instead of teams repeatedly parsing PDFs, reconciling records, rebuilding mappings, and manually assembling checkup logic, they get one reusable platform that can support member-facing journeys, operational workflows, analytics, and future interoperability initiatives. Healsens is designed for European regulated healthcare environments, with strong emphasis on privacy, traceability, consent-aware data handling, and EHDS-aligned interoperability.
