TDA - Transilvania Development Agency

TDA Association (Transilvania Development Agency) is a non-profit NGO from Transilvania, Romania, founded in 2021 with the primary objective of fostering economic, social, and cultural development in the Transylvania region. Our mission is to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and community progress.

Our key activities include strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem, encouraging digital literacy and inclusion, and empowering youth through leadership. We have extensive experience in youth work, demonstrated by successful projects like the T.O.T.I. initiative, which focused on developing digital literacy and labor market integration for unemployed NEET youth aged 16-29. Furthermore, our Business Growth program has facilitated the launch of over 100 social startups.

We are committed to the Agenda 2030 goals and actively seek international partners for projects that use digitalization to address societal challenges. We are particularly open to collaborating in the following areas:
