Stakeholder & AI enabled Civic Participation Design
About
Short description
We support teams in designing stakeholder and participation components for AI-related projects, including engagement workflows, transparent synthesis, and implementation structures that support uptake, legitimacy, and trust.
Full description
For AI-related Horizon Europe proposals, I help design stakeholder and participation components where uptake, trust, and SSH integration are important.
This is especially useful for projects involving:
-
public-facing AI use cases
-
policy/governance dimensions
-
multi-stakeholder adoption
-
societal impact and trust-building
What I help with
-
Stakeholder/civic engagement design (who, when, how)
-
Participation workflows (collect → structure → synthesise → outputs)
-
Roles and governance for engagement activities
-
Integration of engagement outputs into project work packages
-
Communication and transparency logic for participation processes
-
Support for SSH-facing components linked to implementation and impact
Why this is useful
It helps teams present stakeholder engagement as a structured project component (not just dissemination), and supports stronger uptake and credibility in AI-related proposals.
What I am looking for
-
Coordinators/partners needing SSH-facing engagement design
-
AI projects with public, user, or community-facing components
-
Consortia that want to strengthen trust and implementation readiness
What I’m looking for (one-line field)
AI project teams needing structured stakeholder/civic participation components linked to SSH integration, uptake, and trust.
