Vojvodina ICT Cluster (VOICT) is an experienced partner in European projects, with a strong and proven track record in Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation (CDE), content strategy development and implementation, stakeholder engagement, and event management.

VOICT supports project consortia across the full communication and dissemination lifecycle: from defining clear objectives, messages, target groups and channels, to producing high-quality content and ensuring consistent, strategic outreach throughout the project. Our expertise covers communication and dissemination planning, storytelling and content production, campaign execution, community building, and measurable impact tracking.

We bring extensive hands-on experience in organising and delivering professional events at local, national and European level, including conferences, workshops, info days, stakeholder roundtables, brokerage and matchmaking events, both on-site and online. VOICT is particularly strong in activating quadruple-helix stakeholders (industry, academia, public authorities and civil society) and translating complex technical or research results into clear, accessible and policy- and market-relevant messages.

As a cluster organisation, VOICT also provides access to a wide network of companies, R&D organisations, public institutions and innovation actors, which strengthens dissemination, exploitation and sustainability of project results. We typically take leading or co-leading roles in WP Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation, stakeholder engagement and outreach activities, ensuring visibility, uptake and long-term impact of project outcomes.
