Partnership for Digital Skills, SME Digitalisation and Advanced Manufacturing

TRA – Development Agency of Tešanj Municipality (Bosnia and Herzegovina) is looking for European partners interested in developing joint project proposals under the Digital Europe Programme and other EU initiatives related to digital transformation, skills, and advanced technologies. TRA works closely with local SMEs, particularly companies from the strong manufacturing and metal-processing sector of the Tešanj area, as well as with educational institutions, local authorities and international development partners. Through our TECHLAB Centre, we provide an environment for practical education, technology transfer and cooperation between industry and education. Our activities and infrastructure support digital and technical skills development, STEM education, advanced manufacturing, welding and material testing, 3D scanning, as well as practical support to SMEs in introducing new technologies and digital solutions. TRA has experience in implementing EU- and internationally funded projects in areas such as SME competitiveness and digitalisation, vocational and digital skills, sustainable development, innovation, entrepreneurship and cooperation between the public, private and education sectors. We are open to cooperation with universities, research and technology organisations, Digital Innovation Hubs, vocational education and training providers, public authorities, development agencies, clusters, SMEs and technology companies across Europe.
