I represent Poznań University of Economics and Business (Poland). We are actively looking to join an international consortium as a scientific-technical partner for the DIGITAL-2026-BESTUSE-RSF-10-AWARENESS call.

We offer advanced technical competencies in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing, specifically tailored for combating disinformation. Our key strengths and capabilities include:

• Multilingual Fake News Detection: We have extensive experience and a proven track record in identifying disinformation across multiple languages, with a particular focus on English and Polish.

• Diverse Data Processing: Our AI architectures are built to process and analyze complex, multi-modal data sources, primarily unstructured text, but also images (including text extraction from images and image-text semantic matching).

• Large Language Models (LLMs): We specialize in the implementation, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models and Transformers BERT-based models for advanced fact-checking tasks.

• Proprietary Verification Methods: We develop our own custom algorithms and state-of-the-art solutions tailored to the disinformation domain, including:

  • Check-worthiness detection (our proprietary models won 1st place at CLEFs international competitions).

  • Stance detection and analysis of social attitudes/narratives in social media.

  • Source and author credibility assessment using deep learning, stylometric analysis, and knowledge graphs.
