At Gordian we have scaled in vivo discovery and validation of novel gene targets, toward curing chronic and age-related diseases. Using our proprietary platform in collaboration with University of Florida, we screened over 250 gene targets in equine models of spontaneous OA. We identified a first-in-class, disease modifying, dual-MoA OA target, have a clinical development candidate in IND enabling studies, and are developing an injectible protein therapeutic against the same target for companion animals.
