Experienced life science executive with over 35 years of global pharmaceutical experience in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets. He has held senior roles in corporate development, strategic planning, and commercial operations, with multinational corporations such as Aventis, Serono, Takeda, as well as early stage start ups Epirus and Mabxience.

Nick’s international career has taken him to live and work in Tokyo, Sydney, Manila, Zug, London, and Madrid, plus extensive corporate experience working in the U.S. Europe, China, Korea, LATAM

Nick has a strong track record in corporate business development including M&A, in- and out- licensing of early and late-phase assets, and also fund raising and capital deployment from start up to IPO.
