Our Solution: We are building a decentralized community where developers vouch for each other. A developer uploads their CV to our platform and requests verification for specific skills. They are then matched with a qualified, peer "Vetter" (e.g., a Senior Engineer from Google) who assesses them through a rigorous process combining a practical project and a live technical discussion.

Upon passing, the skill receives a permanent, verified badge, resulting in a trusted digital CV that can be easily shared with employers.

Our Differentiation: Unlike Toptal's centralized vetting or HackerRank's automated tests, our power lies in our community-driven model. We are the only platform that leverages the credibility of respected engineers to validate their peers, creating a more scalable, transparent, and holistic system.
