Lascò is an Innovative SME, founded in 2013. The company specialises in software engineering, innovation and digital transformation. Over the years, we have developed hundreds of digital products, including complex ERPs and management software, apps, eLearning platforms, eCommerce, marketplaces, and platforms based on Blockchain, AR, VR, AI-based Marketing Automation and Data Analysis systems, as well as methodologies and tools to enhance the digital and green transition for individuals and organisations.

Innovation and Digital Transformation: Lascò accelerates innovation and digital transformation processes for private and public organisations, designing projects, technologies and tailor-made solutions to support them in generating value for their target groups. The company provides innovation design services, innovative solutions, research and development, and technology transfer services.

Education & Training: Lascò is a member of the EC Pact for Skills and is committed to designing and implementing training experiences aimed at upskilling and reskilling people in the EU, providing opportunities to develop digital, green and lifelong competencies for young people and adults. In this field, Lascò has also implemented several European projects, funded by E+ and Horizon Europe, including two recognised best practices by the UN Global Compact - Spanish Network for their contributions to the SDGs 4 and 8. Lascò is also a Core Member of the Digital Working Group of the European Commission’s Harnessing Talent Platform, leading the subtopics dedicated to digital skills.

Startup Builder: Lascò provides tailored acceleration services for startups and innovation teams, helping them navigate the journey from concept to market with speed and efficiency. By offering bespoke organisational, operational, financial and strategic support, its team designs customised pathways that address the unique needs of each venture. Our goal: empower startups to successfully launch and scale their innovative products and services, driving impactful results in competitive markets. Lascò is also a promoter of Startup Grind Caserta, the local chapter of the global community powered by Microsoft for Startups, which connects 4,000,000+ innovators across 125+ countries.

Young Changemakers Program: Under this program, Lascò implements projects and initiatives aimed at empowering new generations of changemakers through co-creation labs and active learning experiences to foster their innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, digital literacy and project management competencies, promote entrepreneurship and community engagement, encourage lifelong learning and adaptability.
