About
Fundación Cibervoluntarios is a Spanish NGO representing civil society and promoting social innovation and digital empowerment through citizen participation and the social use of technology.
Since 2008, we’ve actively participated in EU projects bringing our strong expertise in user-centric approaches, including ICT pilots, social living labs, and focus groups. We count on a multidisciplinary research team that contributes to the development and validation of methodologies and use cases, UX/UI design, data analysis and its translation into system requirements, and GDPR-compliant practices. We also support prototyping, pilot testing, and the creation of inclusive learning tools and digital solutions adapted to diverse groups. Additionally, we design and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and maximize project impact.
We count on a vast network of over 4,000 cybervolunteers and 5,000 organizations, reaching more than 100,000 people each year trained in digital skills.
