Our innovation leverages a patent-pending fermentation process to produce bacterial nanocellulose (BC), a biodegradable, high-strength biomaterial, which can be widely used in sustainable cosmetics, adhesives, packaging coatings or even advanced composites.
Using specialized bacteria, BC is grown sustainably on nutrient-rich organic waste-based media, reducing production costs and environmental impact. This circular process minimizes reliance on deforestation and emission-heavy wood-derived extraction methods.
The innovation includes scalable, automated production modules, enabling decentralized, low-emission production.
