Sabine Keller-Busse

Sabine Keller-Busse became a member of UBS’s Group Executive Board in 2016 and was appointed President UBS Switzerland and President Personal & Corporate Banking in February 2021. Since joining UBS in 2010, she has served as Group Chief Operating Officer (2018- 2021), President Europe, Middle East and Africa (2019-2021), Group Head of Human Resources (2014-2017) and Chief Operating Officer UBS Switzerland (2010-2014).

 Prior to joining UBS in 2010, Sabine Keller-Busse led Credit Suisse’s Private Clients Region Zurich division (2008-2010) and worked at McKinsey & Company (1995-2008), where she became Partner in 2002. Sabine Keller-Busse holds both a PhD and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

 Ms. Keller-Busse chairs the foundation board of the UBS Pension Fund and the UBS Optimus Foundation. She is also a member of the foundation council of UBS Center for Economics in Society at the University of Zurich, a member of the board of trustees of the HSG Foundation, a member of the foundation board of Deep Tech Nation Switzerland Foundation and the foundation board of USZ Foundation of the University Hospital Zurich. She is a member of the board and board committee of the Zurich Chamber of Commerce.
