nGENn E-Evidence SaaS – EU law makes digital evidence compliance mandatory for 7M firms by 2026

About
We are building a European cloud platform for the secure and compliant implementation of the EU E-Evidence Regulation (2023/1543).
The Problem:
Until now, cross-border requests for digital evidence in Europe have been slow, paper-based, and inconsistent. With the E-Evidence Regulation coming into force in August 2026, every company offering digital services or storing user data in the EU will be legally obliged to process and respond to electronic requests from prosecutors and courts within strict deadlines.
This creates a completely new challenge:
-
Companies must adapt to new, mandatory digital procedures.
-
They must comply with short deadlines (6h to 10 days) under the risk of legal penalties (GDPR style fines).
-
And most critically: they must understand and operate under the legal system of the requesting country, even if it is completely different from their own national laws.
This means thousands of European companies suddenly face technical, procedural, and legal complexity at scale.
Our Solution:
Our SaaS platform digitizes and automates the entire process chain – from request intake and validation, through secure data transfer, to tamper-proof documentation and auditability. Integrated support from our EU-wide legal network ensures cross-border applicability and reduces legal uncertainty. We make compliance fast, secure, and cost-efficient.
Our Strengths:
-
Strong network & regulatory access: EU expert group member, established relationships with German regulators
-
Proven expertise in digital processes and compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR)
-
Direct access to EU telecom and service provider networks
-
EU-wide legal network to ensure cross-border legal support
We address a billion-euro market: from SMEs to hyperscalers, all digital companies in Europe must implement E-Evidence processes by 2026. nGENn E-Evidence SaaS is the fastest path to secure, reliable compliance.
