TWIST (Technologies from Wallonia for Image, Sound and Text) is a business network and a community platform that fosters innovation and growth within digital industries (mainly in the media industry). TWIST, A RECOGNIZED REGIONAL COMMUNITY PLATFORM Within 15 years, TWIST has built a strong network of some 110 members (representing 4.500 direct jobs and a turnover of 1 billion euros) including 80% SMEs, 5 TV channels, 6 universities & research centres and 2 investments funds. TWIST is also supported by its public authorities and is an official partner of Digital Wallonia, the digital strategy adopted by the Government of Wallonia. TWIST, A RECOGNIZED EUROPEAN COMMUNITY PLATFORM TWIST has developed expertise in areas related to the Sport/Entertainment/Culture markets in connection with digital image, sound technologies and text : immersive & interactive technologies and content, hyper-personalization of content, AI, IoT, social networks, blockchain, etc. In order to respond adequately to the issues related to these current and future technologies and to new market trends, TWIST can rely on a network of European and international partners. Maïté Debry is a senior project manager with extensive experience in fostering innovation within the fields of Cultural and Creative Industries and Education. With a background in International Relations and a in Development Studies, she has over 15 years of expertise in leading European collaborative initiatives across multiple sectors. Currently, Maïté is Business and Knowledge Manager at TWIST Cluster, where she drives strategic projects that enhance the uptake of Digital Technologies in Cultural and Creative Industries, particularly audiovisual and multimedia. Her work focuses on engaging diverse stakeholders, fostering partnerships, and navigating the complex landscape of EU affairs and policies.
