Impact Evaluation of our Brewing Process

About
I am looking to work with accredited 3rd party organisations to develop a study focused on evaluating the impact (CO2, food waste, water, land usage, social) of using our patented brewing process.
By replacing 50% of the malted barley in brewing with surplus food, we are confident we have developed a process that benefits multiple environmental goals. However, we need more robust study into the actual impact at a process and product level.
We would like to work with organisations (government, education, corporate, NGO) to develop a process for accurately evaluating the impact of this process, whilst also producing data that can be used for current best practice assessments and discloures (SBTI/CSD).
