Der Besucher scannt am Eingang einen QR-Code, wählt seine Sprache und tippt an jeder Station eine Nummer. Dann hört er die Geschichte des Objekts, professionell vertont, in bis zu 70 Sprachen. Wer möchte, stellt dem Guide Fragen. Er antwortet ausschließlich aus den Texten, die das Haus freigegeben hat, und erfindet nichts.Ich übernehme Recherche, Texte, Übersetzung und Vertonung, das Haus gibt jede Zeile frei. Der Guide ist innerhalb von vier Wochen nach Materialfreigabe live. Am Ende jeder Tour sammelt er Bewertungen ein: Lob geht auf Google, Kritik geht still ans Team. Das Haus bekommt ein Dashboard mit Nutzung, Fragen und Rückmeldungen. Für Baudenkmäler, Kirchen, Industriedenkmale und Gedenkstätten ist entscheidend: Es gibt keinen Eingriff in die Bausubstanz. Kein Gerät, kein Kabel, keine Halterung, nur ein QR-Code an der Station, auf einem Aufsteller oder einer Tafel. Eine denkmalrechtliche Genehmigung für eine Installation entfällt damit in der Regel. Demo-Umgebungen gibt es für Museen, Burgen und Baudenkmäler, Industriedenkmale, Zoos, Aquarien und historische Ortsrundgänge.
