GZUT Odlewnia Sp. z o.o. is a Polish foundry based in Gliwice, specialising in cast components for demanding industrial applications.

We manufacture grey iron, ductile iron, steel and bronze castings for customers in the pump, machinery, energy, marine and general engineering industries.
We also offer artistic castings, ranging from smaller pieces such as statuettes, medals and commemorative plaques to bas-reliefs and figurative sculptures, including monumental works with no dimensional limitations.

A significant part of our production is based on customer-supplied patterns and tooling. This allows us to take over existing casting projects and become an alternative or additional manufacturing source, subject to the technical compatibility and condition of the supplied tooling. We also support the industrialisation of new casting projects.

Our manufacturing capabilities range from prototypes and individual castings to small and medium production series. Depending on the product and production volume, we use conventional self-hardening moulding technology and automated moulding lines. For complex geometries, prototypes and low-volume projects, we can also use 3D-printed sand moulds and cores in cooperation with specialised partners.

Our casting capabilities include:

• grey iron castings – up to 1,500 kg

• ductile iron castings – up to 800 kg

• steel castings – up to 500 kg

• bronze castings – up to 600 kg

• prototypes, single castings and serial production.

We offer more than raw castings. Our manufacturing services include heat treatment, finishing, quality inspection and machining. Castings can be supplied as raw, rough-machined, semi-finished or fully machined components, according to customer drawings and technical requirements.

Our machining capabilities include CNC machining, turning, milling and drilling, supported by dimensional inspection, material testing and quality documentation. Depending on project requirements, we provide relevant material certificates, inspection reports and test documentation.

Our experience includes components such as pump parts, impellers, housings, valve bodies and various complex machinery components.

We are attending MSV 2026 to establish new B2B partnerships with OEMs, engineering companies and industrial customers looking for a reliable European supplier of cast and machined components.
