Our plant maintains constant oversight of the production process, with ongoing quality control of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products. FTT Wolbrom S.A. participates in projects that drive progress in the global mining industry. We export conveyor belts to 42 countries, accounting for over 50% of our sales volume.

Our range of conveyor belts includes:
• Rubber-fabric belts: general-purpose, flame-retardant, GTP (fire-resistant), heat-resistant (up to +280°C), cold-resistant, and oil-resistant, including oil- and heat-resistant types.
• Steel-cord (ST) belts: general-purpose, flame-retardant, and GTP (fire-resistant).

In addition to product supply, we offer technical cooperation that includes on-site visits by our specialists to conduct conveyor audits and provide operational reports, aiming to optimize conveyor transport and improve cost-efficiency.

FTT Wolbrom S.A. also manufactures a wide range of rubber sheets and industrial rubber linings. Our portfolio includes sheets with and without fabric reinforcement, antistatic and dielectric sheets, flame-retardant sheets, vibroinsulating rubber sheets, and industrial floor coverings. Depending on the application, sheets can be manufactured with resistance to abrasion, tearing, oils and fuels, acids and alkalis, elevated or low temperatures, ozone and weather conditions. Reinforced versions are available with textile plies made of cotton, polyester-polyamide or polyamide fabrics. Our rubber sheets are used as finished products as well as materials for seals, gaskets, linings, protective elements and other technical rubber components.

Another important area of our production is rubber compounds. FTT Wolbrom manufactures compounds based on a wide range of elastomers, including SBR, BR, NR, IR, NBR, CR, EPDM and EPM. We offer compounds developed according to our own formulations as well as compounds manufactured according to customer-provided formulations. Our specialists can also modify and fine-tune compound properties to meet specific customer requirements and processing conditions. The compounds are intended for the production of various rubber products through vulcanization.

Our in-house accredited laboratory supports the entire production process and performs testing of raw materials, rubber compounds, conveyor belts and rubber sheets, among other products. The laboratory has held Polish Centre for Accreditation accreditation since 1998, ensuring reliable and repeatable testing and quality control.
