Partner Soft is a Slovak IT company based in Bratislava. For 20 years, we have been developing and operating custom software for the public and private sectors. We specialise in mission-critical systems: security and emergency solutions, state border protection, e-Government and enterprise applications for industry. We operate in Slovakia and the Czech Republic and are expanding into Austria. We hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications.

AI Video Analytics

Our main development focus is automated analysis of camera footage using artificial intelligence. Our EbasAISvc system is deployed in production as part of the Schengen external border protection system, where it runs 24/7.

• Real-time object detection and classification (people, vehicles, vessels) using YOLOv8/v11, RT-DETR and RF-DETR models

• Motion tracking: trajectories, zone entries, dwell time

• High GPU performance (ONNX, TensorRT/CUDA), so the system can process many cameras at once

• Integration with VMS systems, thermal cameras and radars, with outputs sent via REST API to other information systems

• On-premise deployment, so data stays with the customer

Use cases: security and alarm triage, process monitoring in manufacturing, logistics (vehicle or vessel arrivals and departures, area occupancy), retail and services (customer service, service task duration). With a new customer, we start with a pilot on a few cameras so they can see the benefits on their own data. We also work with speech: call transcription and analysis using Whisper and language models deployed in the customer's environment.

Custom Software Development

We cover the full lifecycle: analysis, architecture, development, testing, deployment and long-term operation under SLA. We work with C# / .NET 8, Python / FastAPI, NestJS, React, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes and SharePoint / M365. We also build integrations via SOAP/REST, MQTT, SAP and GIS.
