Founded in 1983 and operating from its own production facilities in Gebze, İmparsan provides end-to-end industrial machine design, manufacturing, and project-based solutions across multiple sectors, with over 40 years of manufacturing experience and fully in-house production capability.

Food machines and turnkey food facility installation: Custom-designed food processing machines covering washing, sorting, cutting, mixing, cooking, cooling, filling, packaging, and conveyor systems, along with complete turnkey food facility setup from raw material intake through to finished product packaging, designed in compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards.

Packaging machines: Filling and packaging machines, vacuum packaging, flow pack, stretch and shrink packaging, automatic and semi-automatic sealing, labelling and barcoding units, and box/carton sealing systems.

Textile machines: Yarn production, weaving, knitting, dyeing and finishing, confection, nonwoven/felt, and bobbin machinery, along with full project-based textile production line solutions.

Cold steel manufacturing: Laser and plasma cutting, sheet metal bending, profile drawing and cold drawing (round, hexagonal, square bars, pipes, wires), welding (MIG/MAG, TIG, arc, spot), and optional surface treatment (grinding, polishing, powder coating).

Custom spare parts manufacturing: Production from technical drawings, samples, or measurements — including reverse engineering and 3D modelling for discontinued or hard-to-find parts — covering mechanical components, sheet metal parts, hydraulic/pneumatic parts, and conveyor components, across materials including structural steels, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and bronze.

Industrial balancing: Static and dynamic balancing of rotating components (rotors, fans, pulleys, flywheels, shafts, drums), performed both on-site (portable) and workshop-based.

Additional services: Automotive spare parts supply, machine maintenance, overhaul and modernisation, and PLC/SCADA automation integration for existing production lines.

All machines are delivered tested on-site under a 1-year warranty with free operator training and ongoing technical support. The company offers rapid spare parts supply, including same-day delivery within the Gebze area for urgent needs.
