We are a law firm primarily serving clients in Moravia and Silesia, while providing transaction and project advisory services throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. With more than 25 years of top-level experience in commercial law, we place our clients’ success at the center of everything we do. Our goal is to deliver comprehensive legal services to the business sector at an international standard, while maintaining pricing that reflects the region in which we live and operate.

Our Services

We provide legal services across most areas of commercial law. Approximately 50% of our capacity is dedicated to transaction advisory, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, real estate transactions, and financial transactions. The remaining 50% focuses on day-to-day legal support for our regular clients across all aspects of their business activities.

We maintain a broad network of supra-regional and international partnerships. We also advise clients in English, German, and French across the European Union and in other parts of the world, including Eastern and Southeastern Europe, the United States and South America, South Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and East Asia. We serve as a point of contact in the Czech Republic for many foreign clients and international law firms. Approximately 30% of our firm’s turnover is derived from cross-border advisory work.

Most of our projects involve not only legal services but also comprehensive advisory support in tax, financial, technical, and other specialized areas, which we provide in cooperation with trusted business partners.
