Vím o všem and Stavario
Vím o všem s.r.o. is a Czech technology company focused on the digital transformation of construction and the creator of Stavario, an all-in-one construction management platform. Founded in 2018, the company aims to make construction management simpler, more transparent and more efficient by connecting all key construction processes in one digital environment.
The idea originated directly in construction practice. Founder Josef Beneš managed his own construction company and repeatedly faced paper-based construction diaries, fragmented communication, incomplete site information, complicated attendance records, missing tools, scattered photographs and limited control over costs and progress. Drawing on his experience in construction and IT, he began developing an internal solution that would give company owners a reliable overview of operations.
What started as a practical tool for one construction business gradually evolved into a cloud product for the wider market. The first versions focused on the electronic construction diary, attendance, project monitoring and communication between sites and offices. The company later joined CzechInvest’s CzechStarter programme, refined its strategy and secured financing for development.
The product was initially known as Vím o všem. In 2021, it was rebranded as Stavario to create a stronger international identity. At the same time, it developed from a specialised digital construction diary into a broader operating platform for construction companies.
Stavario gradually added modules for attendance, tasks, Gantt planning, documents, photographs, reporting, warehouses, materials, tools, assets, vehicles, invoice workflows and internal communication. Its key principle is integration: information entered on site should immediately become available to project managers and office teams without repeated manual work.
International growth became an important part of the company’s development. Stavario entered Slovakia through cooperation with a local technology partner and later expanded to Poland. Each market is approached through language localisation and adaptation to local legislation and construction practices, supporting its European ambitions.
The company also went through a demanding period of financial and operational restructuring after a planned investment did not proceed as expected. Stavario stabilised its operations, secured new financing and returned to sustainable growth, with a stronger focus on customer value and profitability.
Today, Stavario is a modular cloud platform connecting field teams, managers, office staff, investors and technical supervisors. Workers use the mobile application to record attendance, add photographs, complete tasks, create diary entries and manage tools or materials. Managers use the web platform to monitor projects, documents, schedules, costs, people, assets and operational data. Companies can begin with one module and expand the system as their needs grow.
Stavario’s current strategic direction is to move beyond software that only stores information and become an intelligent operating system for construction companies. Artificial intelligence is central to product development. The platform can create diary entries from photographs, turn rough notes into professional records and support voice interaction. Stavario Copilot is being developed to search company data, identify risks, answer questions and perform actions through natural language.
Another strategic area is connecting software with physical assets. Stavario is developing solutions using sensors, Bluetooth gateways, GPS and camera systems to help companies monitor tools, vehicles, machinery and construction sites. Open integrations and APIs are also being expanded to connect the platform with accounting, CRM and other business systems.
A major part of the current direction is Stavario Marketplace. Its purpose is to connect construction companies with trusted manufacturers, suppliers and service providers directly within the platform. Partners gain access to a relevant audience, while clients can discover proven products and services in the environment they already use to manage projects. The ambition is not to build a simple catalogue, but a practical partner ecosystem linked to real construction workflows.
From an internal tool created to solve everyday problems in one construction company, Stavario has grown into a comprehensive construction management platform with European ambitions. Its future combines a modular system, artificial intelligence, voice control, hardware monitoring, open integrations, international expansion and a Marketplace connecting clients with trusted partners. The long-term vision is to become the central digital environment through which construction companies manage projects, teams, assets, suppliers and daily operations—and to help the industry work more efficiently, transparently and intelligently.
