• Founding: 1982 by Peter Geburzi.

• Development: In 1996, his son Klaus Geburzi joined the company. In 2002 he became Managing Director and expanded the business to include mechanical engineering and metalworking.

• Focus: Conception, development, planning, construction, and production of complex industrial gas plants (including high vacuum up to 1,000 bar, high-purity gases, specialty gases, cryogenic liquefied gases, as well as cutting and welding gases). The company serves customers from industry, skilled trades, science, and research.

• Services: Plant engineering and construction, in-house manufacturing (including pressure vessels), development, and comprehensive service and maintenance. Piping systems are fabricated from stainless steel, copper, or black steel and joined using modern welding techniques such as TIG and orbital TIG welding.

• Current Leadership: As of 2025, Oskar Henkel has taken over as Managing Director. Klaus Geburzi remains with the company as an advisor and shareholder.
