About
Maximum living space on a compact footprint.
This two-storey ceramic prefabricated house demonstrates how efficient design and advanced prefabricated technology can create a spacious family home on a built-up area of just 80 m².
The ground floor features a living room with a large kitchen, a home office, a bathroom and a utility room. The first floor provides three bedrooms and a bathroom. In addition to a separate walk-in wardrobe, partition walls have been cleverly used to create space for built-in wardrobes in almost every room.
A detached garage completes the property.
The client chose a ceramic prefabricated house because of the properties of the materials used and the advantages of the construction technology. The ability of the ceramic composite to accumulate heat and the house’s low energy demand were among the key benefits behind the decision.

In the client’s words:
“I chose a ceramic prefabricated house because of the advantages of the materials and the technology used. For me, one of its greatest benefits is its excellent thermal mass and low energy demand.”
