Cargolinker app developed by OptiVlak
About
Freight transport teams drown in scattered sheets, emails and tabs just to quote, track and bill a job. OptiVlak puts everything in one clean place so work moves from order to invoice without friction.
What it does
OptiVlak developed Cargolinker, an app that centralizes information, manages orders and creates invoices on a single page, also helping companies to shift loads from road to rail when it makes sense.
Feature 1 — One-page workspace
All job data lives together: client, provider, lanes, cargo, files, notes. Update once and every view reflects it. No hunting across folders or double entry.
Feature 2 — Orders → invoice
Create an order, progress statuses, capture delivery details, and generate the invoice right there. Consistent fields and templates cut admin time and errors.
Feature 3 — Intermodal assist
Use the pricing engine to compare road vs. rail, with rules for LDM/weight and saved rate cards. See viable corridors and carriers, then switch a job to rail in a click.
OptiVlak replaces fragmented tools with a single flow for quoting, execution and billing. Start making faster, cleaner decisions with us.
