Advances in cybersecurity and secure data sharing
Data sharing and processing techniques, tools and infrastructure are driven by the growing need to share data and new AI based data processing techniques. However, new data sharing and processing techniques also bring new cybersecurity risks that need to be addressed. New European regulations in data processing also bring constraints on how data can be securely shared and processed. This session covers some of these challenges in secure data sharing and processing. The first talk will address interoperability and security challenges in Data Spaces. Data Spaces are virtual environments based on interoperability mechanisms that enable data from different sources to be shared and accessed securely. The second talk will cover how data regulations impact secure data sharing. The third talk will look at cybersecurity regulations and their impact on data sharing.
