Citizens are united in the Association for the purpose of achieving a broader common interest.

The mission of the Association is the maximum utilization of available resources for the improvement of the health and health care of the population in our country.

The main goals and objectives of the Association are the improvement of the health and health care of the population in our country.

The Association may, by a special decision, establish a joint-stock company, a limited liability company, or another type of company, in accordance with the Law on Trade Companies of the Republic of North Macedonia.

The Association operates on the basis of an adopted Work Plan and Work Program.

The Association achieves its goals and objectives through its Work Program, in particular by:

Organizing specific program activities and implementing joint projects;

Organizing conferences, seminars, training sessions, workshops, and other forms of educational and professional activities;

Encouraging initiatives in cooperation with the competent authorities and institutions;

Providing mediation services;

Promoting health, health promotion, and medical care;

Supporting science, education, and training within the educational process;

Promoting gender equality, the economic empowerment of women, the protection of marginalized groups, and social inclusion;

Promoting democracy, civil society, and human rights;

Preventing and protecting against sexually transmitted infections;

Protecting patients' rights;

Protecting children and youth;

Providing assistance to and protecting persons with disabilities;

Preventing and protecting against deformities of the human body;

Promoting mental health and psychology;

Supporting psychology and education;

Promoting sports and recreational activities;

Protecting the environment;

Providing humanitarian and social assistance and contributing to poverty reduction;

Promoting art, culture, and the protection of cultural heritage;

Promoting charity and volunteerism;

Carrying out social protection activities without accommodation for elderly and frail persons; and

Carrying out publishing activities.
