Products, services:

• Hot-dip galvanizing: modern, state-of-the-art technology that provides lasting protection for steel against corrosion. Galvanizing capacity: 8,000 tons/year. The quality of their hot-dip galvanized products complies with the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 1461 standard. Upon request, they also offer hot-dip galvanizing of products in accordance with DAST 022.

• Manufacture of hot-dip galvanized fasteners up to material quality 6-8 8.8-10.9: hexagon head bolts and nuts (M8-M36), straight and bent rod bolts (from M8), eye bolts, as well as flat, spring and square washers. Hot-dip galvanizing of fasteners and small metal parts is performed in a high-temperature galvanizing bath using a centrifugal method. The fasteners manufactured by them comply with the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 10684 standard.

• Galvanizing: the technological line can be manufactured in a suspended design, making it suitable for galvanizing larger products, with maximum dimensions of 80 mm x 300 mm x 1800 mm due to the size of the tanks. The finished zinc coating can be passivated in yellow or silver-blue, according to the customer’s wishes.

• Powder coating: Powder-based paint is applied to the pure metal steel surface using an electrostatic spray gun.
