About

RePG’s waste heat recovery and power generation technology converts waste heat above 55°C into electrical energy. The system captures heat that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere or removed through cooling systems and converts it into useful power.

The technology can utilize waste heat from different sources and media, including oil, water, steam and other industrial process fluids. It can also recover heat from equipment such as compressors, industrial machinery and process systems, as well as from factory exhaust stacks and high-temperature exhaust gases.

The system is designed according to the temperature, heat capacity and operating conditions of the available heat source. This allows RePG to develop scalable solutions for different industrial facilities and waste heat conditions.

By recovering and converting otherwise unused thermal energy into electricity, RePG’s technology helps industrial facilities reduce energy losses, improve overall energy efficiency and generate additional electrical power from existing heat sources. By reducing the need for electricity from conventional energy sources and associated greenhouse gas emissions, the technology can also support organizations in reducing their carbon footprint and, where applicable and subject to relevant carbon accounting, verification and certification requirements, contribute to carbon credit generation.
