About

East Automotive Alliance Cluster (EAA) was established in 2015. Currently the cluster has 32 members. The aim of EAA is to create conditions conducive to the development of the automotive industry, create and support innovation and research and development in the automotive industry, promote the industry, support the industrial and economic activities of its members, and cooperate with schools and universities for development, improving the quality of education and adaptation to market requirements. The scope of its activities covers not only the podkarpackie voivodeship, but also the małopolskie, śląskie, dolnośląskie and świętokrzyskie voivodeships. Since December 2020, EAA is a member of the European Automotive Cluster Network (EACN) and the Automotive Skills Alliance (ASA). EAA actively participated in the European DRIVES project, the aim of which was to point out and describe the professions of the future in the automotive industry and creating a training and certification platform. EAA took part in the project as the only cluster from Poland. The EAA conducts PAMISZ and PAMISZ II (Podkarpackie Academy of Automotive - Innovative Vocational Education), which aims to increase the employment of graduates from schools providing vocational education by improving its quality, adapting it to the requirements of the labor market and enriching the educational offer of schools with respect to the needs of automotive industry in podkarpackie voivodeship. EAA is the leader of the project "A model of cooperation between a vocational school and industry’s organisation", which is run together with partners from Poland and the Czech Republic under Erasmus+ programme. Since March 2020, WSM as a consortium of companies together with Tarnobrzeg Regional Development Agency S.A., is the Operator of the Tarnobrzeg Industrial and Technology Park.
