Rodica Lupu

Rodica Lupu founded and manages the strategic management and financing consulting company Loop Operations, as well as Ingenius Hub, with ultra-central co-working spaces, with constant support and financing programs for young entrepreneurs and involvement in the financing of 240 start-ups in the last 3 years. In the 17 years of entrepreneurship, 13 years of European affairs in the central administration and in international projects, 14 years of involvement in civil society, Rodica Lupu is responsible for attracting over 120 million euros in non-refundable funds for clients and partners, but and the initiation and development of projects with national or regional impact, both at the level of legislation and at the level of network development, entrepreneurial education, social responsibility. A graduate of an MBA program in London and San Francisco, at Hult International Business School, Rodica Lupu is also an expert of the European Commission (TAIEX) in the field of the internal market, especially the internal market of non-financial services. The time in which we have been given to live is one of transformation, on a global level, and in Romania it is even a time of re-signification and re-invention of a collective ethos. We have historical wounds to heal and, regardless of the social role that each one plays, we all share the pressing need for a catharsis, which we have not yet decided on. Whether we know it or not, we are directly participating in the reconfiguration of national identity in a European context and on a wider scale. Freedom obliges and, for the way we exercise it, we are only individually responsible. But the moment requires a complete assumption of this responsibility and a greater courage of action and affirmation.
