Paula Mihai

I am part of the Hygia team — a consultancy company dedicated to helping businesses grow sustainably. We specialize in writing and managing projects funded through European grants, but our work also extends to project management, business and cluster management, and providing innovation support services.

Within Hygia, I contribute to the development and management of both national and international projects. I bring initiative, a strong sense of organization, and over eight years of experience in the non-profit sector, where I held various leadership roles that shaped my collaborative and strategic approach to work.
