Skills for people in vulnerable situations

International Project Manager, Pre-Award en Fundació Sant Joan de Déu

Acerca de

SJD Social Innova, the social innovation programme of Fundació Sant Joan de Déu (FSJD), is interested in participating in this call as a partner, contributing real‑world piloting and social innovation expertise. SJD Social Innova works directly with people in vulnerable situations facing structural barriers to skills development and labour market participation, including:

  • people with disabilities and mental health conditions,

  • young people in vulnerable transitions,

  • migrants and refugees,

  • individuals affected by homelessness, care responsibilities or social exclusion.

Our contribution to the project:

  • Piloting basic and transversal skills approaches (foundational, digital, green and soft skills) in real service settings linked to employment and social inclusion;

  • Co‑designing skills pathways with vulnerable users, frontline professionals and local employment actors to ensure relevance and accessibility;

  • Testing inclusive upskilling models, including the use of AI tools, that combine skills acquisition, employability support and social services.

SJD Social Innova brings access to a network of social service centres, enabling the validation and transfer of skills‑oriented solutions in complex real‑life conditions.

We aim to strengthen consortia seeking credible implementation capacity, user‑centred innovation and inclusion‑oriented evidence, rather than project coordination.
