UNESSA

UNESSA federation represents 547 affiliated organizations, which includes 1,120 regional branches and services. These nonprofit organizations are active in providing reception, support, assistance, and care to individuals in Wallonia and Brussels. Our federation is at the forefront of representing and defending the interests of its members, including hospitals, nursing homes, mental health institutions, support structures for people with disabilities, early childhood centers, school health promotion services, family planning centers, youth support structures, initiatives for socio-professional integration and social economy. On a daily basis, the UNESSA teams are committed to the future of all these organizations, the 65,000 people who work in them, and above all, to ensuring the broadest possible access, without conditions, of the population to high-quality reception, support, assistance, and healthcare services.
