About

Poseidon CRO was established on a clinical-research foundation and has progressively evolved into a regional life-sciences platform combining clinical research, healthcare consulting, regulatory expertise, real-world evidence, digital health and market-oriented healthcare services.

From the outset, the Group’s development has been driven by the objective of connecting international life-sciences organizations with capable local healthcare, research and technology ecosystems.

This strategy has recently been strengthened through the development of *Illyrico Health Data Labs*, an innovation and health-data initiative designed to connect clinical research, healthcare data, AI, digital technologies and patient-centric approaches, particularly within the Albanian-speaking and wider South-Eastern European markets.

Illyrico complements Poseidon’s CRO capabilities by creating additional capacity for health-data analytics, real-world evidence, digital health innovation, research collaboration and technology-enabled healthcare projects.

In parallel, Poseidon has continued its geographical expansion across Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Hungary and other selected Central and South-Eastern European markets, with more recent development towards Georgia and the wider Caucasus region.

These initiatives reflect a deliberate strategy to establish meaningful local capabilities and collaborative ecosystems rather than simply maintaining nominal country representation.

The resulting platform provides a strong geographical base for multinational and regional research programmes across the Western Balkans, South-Eastern and Central Europe, North Africa and selected emerging markets.

Beyond geographical coverage, Poseidon and its associated initiatives bring complementary expertise in clinical operations, regulatory affairs, feasibility, real-world evidence, observational research, patient support, market access, healthcare economics, digital health and health-data analytics.

The Group is therefore able to participate in collaborative research programmes at multiple levels, from local implementation and investigator engagement to regional coordination, evidence generation and strategic healthcare development.

What makes Poseidon a partner of choice is the combination of medical and clinical-research expertise, established CRO experience, regional presence, regulatory understanding, multidisciplinary capabilities and the ability to build practical collaborations across countries and sectors.

International partners benefit from a single regional interface capable of understanding global research standards while adapting programmes to local healthcare realities, institutions, investigators, patients, data environments and regulatory requirements.

Through Poseidon CRO, Illyrico Health Data Labs and the Group’s expanding regional initiatives, the organization is consequently positioned as a *collaborative healthcare and life-sciences platform capable of connecting research, data, technology and local healthcare ecosystems across emerging European and neighbouring markets*.
