The Higher School of Design Sciences and Technologies (ESSTED) is a public higher-education institution of the University of Manouba, Tunisia. ESSTED provides education and training in design, visual communication, image design, audiovisual creation and design-related technologies.
The School brings together students, academics and professionals to develop creative, critical and socially responsible design practices. Its teaching and project activities promote interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation and the use of design to address contemporary societal, cultural and technological challenges.
Through its expertise in user-centred design, interaction design, visualisation and communication, ESSTED is interested in contributing to European research and innovation projects, particularly those that make digital-health tools and complex information more accessible, inclusive and meaningful for users.
