Head of Research Administration at Tallinn University

About
I am the Head of Research Administration at the School of Natural Sciences and Health, Tallinn University (Estonia). My role is to support researchers in developing international collaborations and translating excellent research ideas into competitive Horizon Europe proposals.
I am looking to connect with researchers interested in building future Horizon Europe Health consortia, particularly with partners from Ukraine and across Europe. I can facilitate early-stage consortium building, identify collaboration opportunities, support proposal development, and help connect complementary expertise within our university.
Our School brings together expertise in health sciences, biology, psychology, educational sciences, digital health, healthy ageing, neuroscience, and interdisciplinary research. I am interested in discussing new collaborative research ideas, identifying synergies between research groups, and supporting the development of strong, impact-oriented Horizon Europe proposals. https://www.tlu.ee/en/lti/research-0
