Founder & Experience
The founder is an entrepreneur, company investor and PRINCE2-certified Project Manager. From 2022 to 2026, he worked for a Nasdaq-listed US medical device manufacturer in an MDR/FDA-regulated environment.
His experience spans cross-functional policy deployment and change management across Production, Material Management, Finance, Controlling, QA/RA and R&D; Asana and Microsoft 365 workflows linked to ISO 13485-related change control; and initiating MDD-to-MDR documentation adaptation before its transfer to the Quality department.
Since January 2026, he has built AI-native ventures using automation and a lean, project-based delivery model. Tribe Cartilage is an early-stage startup complementing established clinical and scientific partners.
