Min Vitamix

Min Vitamix (Mvx Group AB) is a Stockholm-based precision nutrition company at Forskaren, a life science hub. We make personalised micronutrient supplements, freshly compounded by licensed pharmacists. Each formulation is built for one person from their blood results, questionnaire data and clinical context.

What makes us a useful research partner:

• Fully bespoke formulations: 33 to 81 active ingredients per person, dosed to each participant rather than chosen from fixed products

• Reformulated every 30 days: each 30-day bottle can be adjusted to new biomarker results, medication changes or the study protocol. This makes us a practical adaptive, non-drug intervention arm

• Bioavailable granules: the granules resist stomach acid and are absorbed in the small intestine. One daily dose (AM, or AM + PM) replaces several separate supplements, which supports adherence

• Biomarker-led personalisation: our standard 13-biomarker panel covers vitamin D, B12, folate, magnesium, zinc, iron, ferritin, calcium, potassium, sodium, glucose, free T3 and free T4. We work with blood-testing partners in Sweden

• Validated approach: our questionnaire algorithm was developed with nutritionists, doctors and professors at Karolinska Institutet. We have completed participant studies, including a published validated study report and a 3-month study with a women’s football team

• AI and data: we are building a predictive micronutrient-deficiency model with Mimer AI Factory and TEF-Health, using GDPR-compliant data governance

• Logistics: we ship direct to participants’ homes across Europe and the UK, with delivery and VAT included
