INDIGO MED

INDIGO MED is a Greece-based SME offering strategic expertise in impact, stakeholder engagement and communication for EU-funded projects. We help consortia strengthen research visibility, build institutional capacity and develop lasting connections between research organisations, policymakers, industry and society.

Drawing on nearly 20 years of professional experience in European projects, we contribute from proposal development through to implementation. We support proposal writing, consortium building through our European networks, and the development of credible impact pathways, stakeholder engagement strategies and measurable outcomes.

Our expertise is particularly relevant to partnerships seeking to strengthen knowledge exchange, international collaboration and the uptake of research results. We design stakeholder mapping and co-creation activities, dissemination and exploitation plans, capacity-building workshops, and KPI frameworks that help partners demonstrate progress and impact.

We also translate complex research into accessible content through science communication, digital storytelling, websites, visual identity, multimedia and targeted campaigns.

INDIGO MED can lead or contribute to work packages on communication, dissemination, exploitation, stakeholder engagement, capacity building and impact. We welcome collaboration with coordinators and partners developing WIDERA proposals and seeking an active contribution to proposal design and delivery.
