– End-user needs and value proposition mapping with hospital laboratories and clinicians in France and Spain

– Market analysis, competitive landscape and business model

– Market & Procurement Readiness Kit: exploitable results map, FR/ES market sizing, public procurement map (buyers, procedures, tender calendars, award criteria), go-to-market and sustainability plan

– Industry-facing dissemination and engagement with distributors and early adopters

– Commercial and end-user input to the consortium's regulatory (IVDR/MDR) and HTA work, led by specialised partners

– Industry bridge: access to a broad and growing network of European SMEs in diagnostics, omics and digital health

– Support to consortium building
