State Enterprise "Electronic Health" (eHealth Ukraine) is the administrator of the Central Database of the Ukrainian Electronic Health Care System, managing digital health records for over 35 million citizens. As Ukraine rapidly integrates into the European Single Digital Market, our enterprise serves as the technical party for aligning with European Health Data Space (EHDS) standards and cross-border digital health operations.

• Software Engineering & High-Load Architecture: proven expertise in designing, deploying, and administering central high-load digital platforms and robust software architectures within the national eHealth ecosystem.

• System & Business Analysis: background in project management, system analysis, and business analysis specialized for large-scale e-governance and digital health initiatives.

• Cybersecurity & Testing: Development of comprehensive information security policies, data and network protection, and advanced vulnerability/security testing of state registries and external EHR systems. Complete test-case automation and conformity assessments against mandatory national and European technical requirements.

• Systems Integration & Semantic Interoperability: integration of nationwide eHealth solutions and strict enforcement of data exchange protocols and global interoperability standards, including HL7 FHIR and OMOP CDM.

• Strategic Consulting & Capacity Building: consulting in eHealth development, IT infrastructure auditing, healthcare data analytics, and delivering specialized capacity building/training modules for medical professionals and software vendors.

• Ecosystem Innovation & Telemedicine: driving of e-governance services and rapid scaling of advanced telemedicine networks, mobile diagnostic complexes, and digital health software during emergency and wartime frameworks.

• Active European Data Integration: eHealth Ukraine is currently co-implementing and monitoring the outcomes of the European CancerWatch project, aimed at improving and harmonizing oncology data quality across Europe.
