Study design and statistical analysis partner for clinical trials and intervention studies
CEO & CTO at Datharsis
Granada, Spain
About
Datharsis, a University of Granada spin-off specialised in explainable data analysis, is looking to join a consortium as the partner responsible for study design and data analysis, either leading a work package or contributing specific tasks.
Many studies fail in the design, not in the analysis. Before any data is collected, we help define the questions the study must answer, the factors and interactions to include, the stratification and the sample size needed, using our own computational methods. The result is more statistical power from fewer participants, lower recruitment and measurement costs, and a methodology section that reviewers can trust from the first stage of the proposal.
What we offer:
-
Design of trials and intervention studies: factors, arms, stratification, time points and sample size
-
Analysis of designs with several crossed factors and repeated measures, including unbalanced data and missing values
-
Multi-endpoint and multimodal analysis, combining clinical, behavioural, biomarker and omics data
-
Interpretable models that show which subgroups respond and why, not only whether the intervention worked overall
-
Validation with cross-validation and permutation testing
-
Reproducible, auditable, FAIR-aligned analysis pipelines
-
Access to DathaSuite, our analysis platform, and training for consortium researchers
Our team’s methods have been applied to treatment response and survival studies in oncology, and to a paediatric cohort combining microbiome data, metabolomics and clinical data. See these and other documented cases.
We are looking for coordinators, clinical centres and research groups that need a dedicated methodological partner from the proposal stage.
