We develop predictive biomimetic models designed to provide reliable forecasts of drug behavior relevant for clinical trials. Our approach leverages biomimetic membranes and media, analyzed using advanced techniques including biomimetic chromatography and membrane-based systems, to simulate physiological and pathophysiological conditions.
Data generated from in vitro biomimetic models are processed using AI algorithms and integrated into computational simulations, enabling accurate pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic predictions of drug absorption, distribution, and effects across diverse patient populations. These predictive capabilities support personalized therapy, including the assessment of drug safety and efficacy in vulnerable populations such as pregnant and breastfeeding individuals.
The developed biomimetic models contribute to global health innovation by providing fundamental insights and translational applicability, reducing reliance on animal testing, and accelerating the development of safer and more effective clinical approaches.
