About

From basic research through translational studies to the clinic.
We develop treatments for an ultra-rare disease: cardio-facio-cutaneous syndrome caused by MEK2 mutations.

We generate and coordinate patient-derived cellular models, establish biobanks, and initiate the development of key research resources, including animal models, iPSC lines, and fibroblast lines.

Using cell painting–based drug repurposing, we work in close collaboration with academic and clinical partners to advance therapeutic strategies for CFC and other RASopathies patients.

RASopathy studies (metabolic, cardiovascular, neurological) focusing on personalised, innovative approach toward those rare diseases.

Cardio-facio-cutaneuous syndrome is a rare RASopathy which arise from mutations in genes regulating the RAS/MAPK signaling pathway.
