Vital3D Technologies is a medical 3D printing company building advanced manufacturing solutions for medical devices that require extreme precision and reliability.
Many medical devices are designed digitally but cannot be manufactured as intended because existing production technologies are limited at very small scales. When devices interact with biological systems measured in microns, even small inaccuracies can affect performance, safety, and long-term outcomes.
Vital3D addresses this gap by developing proprietary micro-resolution 3D printing technology specifically for medical use. Our FemtoBrush™ technology enables printing at approximately 1 micron resolution, allowing the creation of fully three-dimensional internal architectures, controlled micro-fluidic pathways, and device geometries tailored to biological structures.
This technology is implemented in VitalLight 3D™, a production-ready, medical-grade 3D printer designed to move beyond laboratory prototyping. The system supports fast design iteration while ensuring repeatability and scalability required for regulated medical device manufacturing.
Vital3D’s approach enables the development of digitally defined medical devices—where performance is driven by geometry, internal structure, and precise control at the micro-scale. Applications include micro-fluidic medical components, implantable devices, controlled drug delivery elements, and diagnostic or therapeutic micro-systems.
