CaraOmics builds infrastructure for digital healthcare twins.

Most European research consortia spend over a year assembling specialized teams before the science starts. Cloud architects, security specialists, compliance experts, ML engineers, data engineers, and the domain expert who understands the disease.

CaraOmics is a platform that handles the infrastructure layer. Researchers connect data sources, build models in secure environments, and deploy to clinical settings without needing separate teams for each component. The platform is designed around EU regulatory requirements including GDPR, MDR, and the AI Act and is protected on EU sovereign infrastructure.

We're based in Amsterdam and currently involved in several Horizon Europe consortia focused on chronic disease (Oncology, Cardiology and Neurology) research.
