State Institution Public Health Center of MOH of Ukraine

The Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine is a national public institution responsible for disease prevention, epidemiological surveillance, health security, and health promotion in Ukraine. It operates under the Ministry of Health and coordinates monitoring of infectious and non-communicable diseases, laboratory networks, immunization, and outbreak response.

The PHC also serves as Ukraine’s national focal point for international public health cooperation, including the International Health Regulations, and works closely with the EU, WHO, and other partners. Its mission is to protect and improve population health through evidence-based prevention, preparedness, and public health policy.
