DkIT is the leading higher education institute in the North-East of Ireland (80km North of Dublin). Health is a strategic focus across our Department of Life & Health Science, School of Informatics and Creative Arts, and School of Business. We support Digital Health via our Connected Health & Wellbeing Cluster and the dConnect Digital Health Hub. Our Research Institutes included The Regulated Software Research Centre, Netwell CASALA Living Lab, and the Smooth Muscle Centre. We're interested in collaborating on academic content and support for industry and healthcare providers. The Cluster is interested in Digital health project co-operation, especially in the areas of digital innovation, sustainability, interoperability, and personalised technology. The Connected Heath & Wellbeing (CHW) aims to establish Ireland as an exemplar region for research, innovation, design and production of cutting edge, responsive and market leading technologies that are relevant and profitable in the broader international public and private health and wellbeing marketplace.
